|Recommended: YesGood place with good memories. — Character more than modernity is the reason I like this place. The lack of air conditioning aside, there are no problems with this place, and it has been a great memory for me.
|Recommended: YesWe love our apartment — i love living here. i love the back porch and the back stairs that we use as our main stairway. one of the only downsides is the lack of bike parking. They should put a bike rack in the back of the building near the parking lot. the inside of our unit is cute and old style, has a lot of character. really nice living there with my two other roommates. Paying rent is very easy and so is making maintenance requests, which are completed very quickly. great customer service.

|Recommended: NoNot worth the price paid for rent — We live in one of the basement apartments. It is cozy but very dingy and there is barely any natural sunlight. The insulation is terrible during winter and when the heat comes on in the building, there are loud banging and clanking like metal smashing metal noises from the pipes that maintenance or other staff does not care to fix or alleviate the sound issue.
Thank you for the feedback, Adara. The noises are likely coming from the boiler I'll ask the property manager to look into it.
